Smokin Willy can provide full service catering and event management for events up to 2000 people. A lot of people that call themselves caterers look more like a grill and a bag of charcoal. Smokin Willy puts on the whole show. Our infrastructure allows us to perform up to five weddings all on the same day! and we do over 120 weddings a year, in addition to corporate and private events.
Going beyond BBQ. We offer many upscale menue items. Our culinary team excels at much more than just great BBQ. Plated meals, Seafood & Steaks. All prepared on site over massive charcoal grills, not in some kitchen an hour drive from your venue.
