More than just chicken soup! Our Tortilla soup is a thicker tomato based soup with black beans and roasted corn. We top it off with tortilla strips, shredded cheese and a little pico de gallo. A smooth drizzle of crème fresh finishes it off.

We make this according to our own recipe with a combination of chilies, tomatoes, smoked pork and smoked beef brisket. We do add beans, but even true Texans can't resist our chili! Served with sour cream, cheese and onion on the side
