As the founders of Smokin Willy Michelle and Chris have been satisfying customers for over 18 years. Now joined by Tracey, Shawn, and Betsy, and Operating out of their 4000 sq. ft. Restaurant in northern Virginia, a typical week can keep them busy, with as many as 40 catering orders, ranging from a corporate lunch meeting, to a company picnic for 300 people. With a large staff for support, they are able to handle orders that take them near and far from their northern Virginia home.
